⚠️ Important Fishery Notice – Low Water Levels & Fish Welfare
Due to the current very low water levels and exceptionally shallow conditions around a number of pegs, the use of keepnets is temporarily suspended until further notice.
All anglers fishing are asked to return fish to the water as soon as possible after capture and avoid retaining fish for photographs or weighing any longer than necessary.
This will also affect upcoming matches while these conditions continue.
With the warm weather, low water and increased pressure on fish, fish welfare has to come first.
Our bailiffs will be speaking with anglers around the lakes and we will continue to monitor conditions. We’ll update everyone once water levels improve sufficiently for keepnets to be used again.

🎣 NEW MEMBER GUEST FISHING PERMITS 🎣
We’re pleased to introduce Guest Fishing Permits for Wentworth Fisheries members, giving members the opportunity to bring a friend along and enjoy our waters.
Mill Dam guest permits are available to book NOW:
- 1 Rod – £10 per day
- 2 Rods – £15 per day
- Valid for one day only
- The member must accompany their guest throughout the visit.
How To Purchase:

5. Select Mill Dam Guest Permit and proceed to checkout
Important: Please enter the guests full name and date of fishing in the members notes when booking.
Coming next week: Carp Syndicate members will also be able to book guests onto Morley Pond and Dog Kennel Pond, with 24, 48 and 72-hour permits available.
Bookings will be made directly through your membership page. Normal fishery rules apply, and members are responsible for their guests while on the fishery.
